This vision led Dr. Dukes on a 20-year journey. Along the way, he constructed Lighthouse Court, a mixed-use landmark building, to house his practice and provide ocean views and breezes. But a pleasant, comfortable environment was only half of Dr. Dukes’ vision. He also wanted to set the local standard for high-quality, high-tech dentistry.
